SUBMISSION

All authors wishing to present papers at the Colloqui.AT.e 2025 conference are required to submit a contribution using the Easy Chair platform.

The conference proceedings will be published by Springer in the Lecture Notes in Civil Engineering series, indexed by SCOPUS. It is possible to request Open Access publication per contribution at an additional cost of 2.290 € (+ VAT).
The abstracts will be published in the conference book of abstracts in Open Access digital format with ISBN.

Only articles submitted via the platform using this link will be considered for the conference.

Instructions for submitting the contribution

1. SUBMISSION OF THE CONTRIBUTION
Submission requires the abstract and the full paper to be uploaded by 14 February, to be written in english using the template provided without reference to the authors (name and affiliation).

2. REVISION OF THE CONTRIBUTION
Modifications should be made based on the reviewers’ suggestions and the abstract file (both in .docx and .pdf format) and the full paper file (both in .docx and .pdf format) should be re-uploaded without author references (name and affiliation).

3. FINAL ACCEPTANCE
After final acceptance, authors are requested to upload the files (abstract and full paper) according to the instructions that will be sent by e-mail.

Instructions for easy chair

  • to submit your contribution, you need to register on the Easy Chair platform, which is free of charge and can be done directly via the link above (‘create an account’);
  • to submit the article, start a “New submission” and fill in the fields. For the submission phase, you will have to upload the file in .pdf format in the “Uploads” section of the page; for the first stage of the review, you must submit your contribution (abstract and full paper file) without any indication on the authors (name and affiliation);
  • for any intermediate changes (e.g. adding an author), it will be possible to use the section of the uploaded “submission”, under “update information/author/file”;
  • the ‘withdraw’ command allows you to retire the article once submitted.
