Pre-registration form required by 18.04.25
To attend the conference, you must register online by filling out the pre-registration module no later than 18 April 2025. Registration will only be effective after payment of the participation fee according to the instructions.
Participation fees
Full participation fee
[Option A: EARLY BIRD no later than 25.04.25: € 400 | Option B: REGULAR after 25.04.25 and not later than 30.05.25: € 450]
The fee includes the membership fee and registration for the conference. Included are: the digital copy of the proceedings, the digital copy of the book of abstracts, the publication of 1 full paper, coffee breaks, lunches, the welcome aperitif, the social dinner and the final aperitif. For each paper presented and published in the conference proceedings, the payment of at least one participation fee (full or reduced) by one of the authors is required.
Reduced participation fee
[Option C: EARLY BIRD no later than 25.04.25: € 200 | Option D: REGULAR after 25.04.25 and no later than 30.05.25: € 250]
The reduced fee is reserved for students, PhD students regularly enrolled in a PhD course, and holders of research grants or contracts. The reduced fee is also reserved for those who have completed these activities no more than three years ago and who are not already on university staff. The fee includes the membership fee and registration for the conference. Included are: the digital copy of the proceedings, the digital copy of the abstract book, the publication of 1 full paper, participation in FormATi&InnovATi, coffee breaks, lunches, the welcome aperitif, the social dinner and the final aperitif.
Fee for accompanying person attending the conference
[Option E: € 200]
The fee includes participation in the conference only and includes coffee breaks, lunches, a welcome drink, the social dinner and the final aperitif. The accompanying fee must always be combined with one of the above options A, B, C or D and cannot be used by those in structured university roles.
Fee for the publication of additional papers
[Option F: € 100]
The fee includes the publication of an additional paper.
IMPORTANT: If an author writes two or more papers, all single-signed, he/she will have to pay only one participation fee and the payment of 100€ for each contribution exceeding the first one. For multiple-signature papers and authors with several papers submitted, at least one of the authors (even if not participating in the conference) must always be registered; if the papers exceed the number of registered authors, the fee for publishing the extra paper is 100€.
Fee for social dinner
[Option G: € 90]
The fee includes the social dinner for those not included in the above items and the bus transfer to the restaurant.
Fee for technical visit
[Option H: € 70]
The fee includes the guided tour of Arte Sella and the bus transport to the tour destination.
